Short, plain, and the same across every store we run. If a product page promises something more specific, that promise is added to these terms.

Who we are
These terms are a contract between you and Silver Lane Retail, at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Buying from any of our stores means dealing with this company.
Placing an order
Adding something to a basket is not a sale. The contract starts when we confirm your order by email. If we cannot supply an item — out of stock, a pricing mistake, or a payment we cannot verify — we tell you and refund anything already paid.
Price and payment
Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay, including any delivery charge we add there. Payment is taken through our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. Where tax is charged it is shown at checkout.
Delivery
We deliver to the address you give us and use reasonable efforts to meet the times published in our shipping & delivery policy. Estimated dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns and faults
Our returns & refunds policy sets out how to send something back, and it does not limit your statutory rights on faulty goods.
Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Supplements and wellness products are not medicine: our product pages are not medical advice, and you should speak to a healthcare professional where that matters to you.
Our material and your conduct
The text, images and names on our stores belong to us or to our suppliers. You may not copy them commercially, scrape the site, or use a store to place orders you have no intention of accepting.
Responsibility
We are liable for loss you suffer that we cause by breaching this contract, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for business losses, or for problems caused by things outside our reasonable control.
If something goes wrong
Tell us first — most problems end with an email at support@silverlaneretail.com. If a dispute cannot be settled, the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, applies, and the courts there have jurisdiction — without removing the protections you have where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you ordered is the version that applies to that order.
