We collect what we need to sell you something and deliver it, and nothing else. We do not sell customer data.

Effective date: 17 September 2026 · Questions about anything here go to support@silverlaneretail.com.

Who is responsible

Silver Lane Retail is the data controller for personal data collected through our stores. Write to us at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States or support@silverlaneretail.com.

What we collect

  • Order data — your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone if you give one, and what you bought.
  • Payment evidence — confirmation that you paid. Card numbers are handled by our payment provider; we keep a record of the transaction, not your card.
  • Messages — the emails you send us and our replies, kept so either of us can pick the conversation back up.
  • Site data — basic technical information about visits, so we can see which pages work. We use only the cookies needed to run the site and take the payment; we do not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To fulfil your order and our contract with you; to answer you when you write in; to keep accounting and tax records we are required to keep; and to defend a legal claim if one ever arises. We only send marketing where you have asked for it, and every message carries a way to stop it.

Who else sees it

Our payment provider, our shipping carriers, the tools that run our inbox and our accounts, and our website host. Each of them receives only what their job needs and is not allowed to use it for anything else. We do not sell or rent customer data.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records for 7 years, which is what tax and accounting rules require. Support threads for 3 years in case a dispute arises. Marketing consent until you withdraw it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to some processing, or take your marketing consent back. Email support@silverlaneretail.com and we will act within one month. If we cannot satisfy you, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Keeping it safe

Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it, our tools sit behind accounts with two-step sign-in, and connections to our stores are encrypted. No system is perfect — if a breach ever affects you, we will tell you what the law requires us to tell you.
